respect your privacy. Our policy is
that the information our customers
share with with us is confidential. We
do not share confidential information
provided by our customers with any
third party not directly affiliated
with this transaction. We do not store
credit card numbers once we've
successfully processed your order. We
download our data from our fully
secure shopping cart and then delete
it as soon as we process your order.
CREDIT
CARDS:
Our
credit card processing system uses
secure server software to process your
credit card. It allows us to encrypt
the credit card information that you
enter. This prevents credit card theft
as the information travels over the
Internet. We dont charge your card
until we ship your order. We accept
payment through
MasterCard,
VISA, or PayPal.

print this form and fax or send it along with
your payment through the postal
service. Or, you may add a message to
your order requesting that we
contact you directly for credit card

Do not
put your credit card information in an
e-mail message to us. That message
would not be secure.
PERSONAL
CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS:
You can
order by fax, email or snail mail and
we will confirm receipt of your order
via e-mail . Once we have received
your payment, we will ship your order.
We cannot hold orders longer than 10
days. At that time your order will be
canceled.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS: You
can order online from outside of the
continental US, choosing
international shipping options.
You may pay for your order with
PayPal or credit card. Large envelope will accommodate
6-7 items ($11.00 outside continental
USA excluding Canada and Mexico).
If you reside in Canada or Mexico, the
flat rate large envelope charge is
$9.00. There is also a new flat rate
box for up to 20 lbs. (holds up to 45
bars of soap or 30 small lotions) for
$37.00 to all countries except Canada
and Mexico where the rate will be
$23.00). Parcel arrives in 6-10 days.
You
may be subject to import duties and
taxes, which are levied once your
shipment reaches your country. Customs
policies vary greatly from country to
country. Contact your local customs
office for information. Additional
charges for customs clearance must be
borne by you.
CONTINENTAL
US SHIPPING
INFORMATION:
Our
shipping carrier is currently
USPS. Packages are sent using 2-day
priority mail. If you want
overnight delivery, we will quote you
a charge. We only charge you what the
mail service charges us. You will be
asked to choose your shipping zone at
time of check out. If you choose the
wrong shipping zone, your shipping
charges may be greater than quoted and
we will need to make an adjustment. We
do not charge a handling fee.
SHIPPING
& TURN AROUND TIMES:
Please
plan on 2-3 business days from the
receipt of your order until your order
is shipped. Because our soap is
handmade in small batches, we do not
warehouse our soap. All soap is
trimmed, wrapped and packaged just
before shipment. That assures that
your packaging will be fresh and new
when it arrives for you.
