Ingredients:  a blend of nettles infused certified organic olive,  coconut, hemp seed, avocado, and palm oils, natural filtered shea butter, castor, and palm kernel oils saponified with sodium hydroxide,  certified organic sencha green tea distilled water,  coarse ground rice bran, finely ground nettle leaf, comfrey leaf, patchouli leaf, Bladderwrack (seaweed), superfatted with macadamia nut and meadowfoam oils, fragranced with pure essential  oils of Spruce, Cedarwood atlas, Siberian Fir  Needle,Frankincense, Elemi, Clove Bud, cinnamon leaf, parfum (fragrance), rosemary extract.
